CE REGULATIONS
All ophthalmic lenses presented in this catalogue are considered medical devices I. class and as such shall be subject to the
requirements described in the European Guideline 93/42.
CE mark is present on all of the envelopes containing OKM lenses. This visible and legible stamped symbol indicates thet the lenses
comply with the requirements contained in the European Union`s Guideline 93/42.
The manufacturer should provide all of the information on the proper use of its products and the restriction defined by the CEN norms
through the statement of complience.
Any treatments or subsequent conditioning of the ophthalmic lenses (fitting, edging, tinting, etc. ) made by other laboratories or by
opticians will be carried at its own responsability and will not compromise the manufacturer`s responsability.

INFORMATION
The lenses in this catalogue respond to the directive CE 93/42.
The final users of the lenses need to be introduced with tinted lenses, not to be used for driving at night.
The protection is convenient in normal conditions.
For different use:  high mountains.., special lenses are needed for this conditions.
The optician has to inform properly final user of the lens about the product.
Sometimes specially produced lenses are required with technical characteristics ( thickness, colour, base curve..) outside the standard
range and they do not comply with some of the general requirements.

ORDERS
  • Orders can be placed by phone, fax or by e-mail. We prefer written orders, to avoid any kind of mistakes.
  • Stock lenses we send the same day. Rx lenses are sent in maximal two days.If anyting influence on delivery time, we inform our customers immediately about new delivery time.
  • Rx ordered lens can be canceled in 30 minutes after order. Later lens is already in production process.
  • Lens which does not respond the order, is replaced immediately. We make credite note after receiving back unsuitable lens.
